I have been pondering the idea of opening my own place for some time now. I am located in France. I have pretty solid ideas of how and what I want to do but obviously the main obstacle is "money"
I do not have much savings and after checking with banks i am not qualified for a loan.
What I was interested in is, are they other means of securing funds for opening restaurants out there?
any ideas?
